“Call Ahead” Policy

For large parties of 6 or more, Rustica will hold a table for you, Monday thru Thursday, between the hours of 5pm and 6pm. Simply call ahead and we will “pre-book” a table for you on the day that you are requesting.

Due to the small size of Rustica, it is not practical for us to handle reservations or “pre-bookings” after 6pm Monday thru Thursday or at any time on Friday and Saturday. However, we do have a “call ahead” policy which will help minimize your wait, if any. Our “call ahead” policy is very simple:

• Please call 60 minutes in advance of your desired dining time at 492-0247
• Your name will be immediately placed on our “call ahead” list
• Your name will continue to move up the “call ahead” list for the 60 minutes prior to your arrival thus mitigating any wait for a table
• When you get to Rustica you will have priority over those who have either called in after you did or those that “walk in” without calling ahead first
• Large parties are limited to 8 people on Friday and Saturday

While this policy does not guarantee you a table at a specific time, or eliminate any potential wait, it does generally help enormously with the length of any such wait. Please understand that each night is unique, and while we will try to estimate any potential wait to the best of our ability, we don’t always succeed. Our “call ahead” policy is in place because we value your business and want to make dining at Rustica an attractive option.
